Mizobox respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.
1. Your Responsibilities
Only upload and share content you own or are authorized to distribute. Do not upload copyrighted material without permission.
2. DMCA / Takedown Notices
If you believe content on Mizobox infringes your copyright, send a notice including:
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- The share code or URL of the allegedly infringing material
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
Email notices to dmca@mizobox.com (or use the Report action on any share page and select “Copyright issue”).
3. Counter-Notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, consent to jurisdiction, and your signature.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
