Welcome to Mizobox. By accessing or using our website, apps, APIs, or share links (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

Mizobox lets creators upload and share video files and lets viewers open those files in the Mizobox mobile apps. Browser share pages do not stream raw video files; they help you open or install the mobile application.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

3. Creator Content & Storage Optimization

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Mizobox a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services (including share links, streaming, downloads, ads verification, and moderation).

You represent that you have all rights needed to upload and share the content, and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate applicable laws.

Storage Optimization & Video Conversion: To ensure reliable streaming and efficient infrastructure use, uploaded video files are automatically processed and converted into web-optimized progressive MP4 format. Once this conversion completes successfully, the raw uncompressed source file is permanently purged from our storage systems to eliminate redundant data. The resulting web-optimized video serves as the sole retained copy for subsequent streaming and downloads. Non-video files (such as images, audio recordings, documents, and archives) are stored directly in their original uploaded format without conversion.

4. Ads and Earnings

Some playback or download flows may require rewarded ads. Creator earnings, if any, are based on verified ad events and platform rules (including view calculation settings). Earnings are not guaranteed. Withdrawals are subject to review, minimums, payment cycles, and applicable fees or taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Services, attempt to bypass ad or security controls, scrape or farm views/earnings, upload malware, harass others, or share illegal or prohibited content. We may remove content and restrict access at our discretion.

6. Share Links & Reports

Anyone with a share link may access the landing page and file metadata. Users can report abusive or illegal content. We may investigate reports and take action without prior notice.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mizobox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits arising from use of the Services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be highlighted on this page.
